These terms govern use of Hkeyetna accounts, previews, paid journeys, and physical Memory Keys. By using the service, you agree to follow them.

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use your own account. Email verification is required for the free preview. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you report unauthorized access promptly.
Free preview
Each verified user receives one private 24-hour preview. It is owner-only, cannot be published or delivered as a real gift, has feature limits, and expires exactly 24 hours after creation. Deleting it does not create eligibility for another trial.
Purchases and manual review
Paid packages are one-time purchases in the currency shown. Manual or offline payments remain pending until an authorized review confirms them. Publishing, permanent access, and physical production remain locked until payment is approved.
Your content and consent
You keep rights to content you provide and grant Hkeyetna the limited permission needed to store, process, and deliver it. Upload only material you own or are allowed to use. Respect the privacy and consent of every person represented.
Prohibited use
Do not upload non-consensual intimate content, impersonation, harassment, threats, illegal media, malware, or content that violates another person’s rights. We may disable access while investigating credible abuse or legal reports.
Private links and locks
Private access reduces discovery but cannot prevent a recipient from sharing what they can see. Keep links and access answers confidential. Hkeyetna may rotate or disable access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, or a valid account request.
Physical Memory Keys
NFC support varies by device and physical conditions, so each key includes a QR fallback. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Inspect tracking and contact support if an item arrives damaged or its NFC and QR paths do not work.
Availability and changes
We work to keep paid journeys available and may perform maintenance, security updates, or necessary service changes. Material changes affecting paid use will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Contact us first so we can understand and resolve a concern. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction are not limited by these terms.
