A private story deserves careful handling.

This notice explains the information Hkeyetna needs to provide accounts, memory journeys, payments, physical-key fulfillment, support, and safe access.

Information we handle

We process account and contact details, journey content you choose to upload, order and delivery information, manual-payment references, and limited operational records needed for security and reliability. We do not need a recipient account or recipient email for them to open a journey.

How we use it

We use information to build and deliver the service you request, review payments, fulfill physical orders, protect private access, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not use private story content for advertising.

Private journey access

Published journeys use non-enumerable private access. Optional PIN, date, and answer locks provide additional controls. Private journeys are marked for search-engine exclusion and do not appear in our public sitemap. Anyone with a valid access link may be able to open it, so share it carefully.

Media and storage

Uploaded media is validated and stored through configured private or controlled storage. Authorized processing may create safe display variants. Trial content expires after 24 hours unless converted, then is queued for deletion while the one-trial usage record remains.

Payments and fulfillment

For manual payments we keep the submitted receipt or reference and its review history. For physical orders we use the delivery details needed to prepare and ship the Memory Key. Payment providers and carriers may process information under their own notices.

Limited analytics

We record essential events such as journey opens and NFC or QR scans using privacy-conscious, aggregate-friendly data. We avoid storing story text, recipient names, private tokens, or raw IP addresses in analytics payloads.

Your choices

Creators can edit, disable, archive, export, or request deletion of their content subject to legal and transaction-retention duties. You may contact us to ask for access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request.

Security and retention

We use access controls, encrypted or hashed secrets, audit records for sensitive actions, and retention appropriate to each record. No internet service can promise absolute security; promptly contact us if you believe access has been compromised.
